Updates
We rolled out a bunch of minor tweaks today:
- Generally tightened up Placefav’s user interface (mostly whitespace, etc.)
- Simplified the site’s color palette
- Infrastructure improvements in preparation for some bigger features coming soon
- You can now flag photos for a place as irrelevant or offensive—just click the flag icon at the bottom-right of the photo
One thing we’re constantly working to improve is both the accuracy and intelligence of the places engine—the ability to determine if your Starbucks and my Starbucks are really the same place, for instance.
Also, we’re currently testing the ability to add in new places via email. Email us at support AT placefav.com and we’ll get you set up.
